Our rare breed beef jerky has a wonderful kick of spice with a hit of tropical sweetness from pineapple juice and absolutely no nitrites or nitrates. British Beef 70%, soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans 11% sugar, wheat flour), brown sugar, pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce (malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavourings), garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chilli flakes. Once opened, store in a cool ventilated area, consume within 3 days of opening. 222g of beef is used to produce 100g of finished product. Units below are in grams.
