Inside of bed I use a thick layer of soft batting and a liner that reflects pets body heat back to the pet acting as a heating pad! Pet can lay on either side to get benefits of self-heating liner. Round Beds bottom diameter 14" with a 3" lip on sides (not including the ties). Beds are Machine Washable. We suggest you machine wash beds in cold/warm water and air dry or dry on air or low heat in dryer.
