An organic yellow tomato puree made from small Datterino tomatoes, with a very mild, almost sweet flavor. They are hand-picked during the summer months according to the best traditions, on strictly organic farmland and part of the ARMONICOLTURA® project in San Paolo di Civitate in the Gargano Natural Park. Ideal for recipes with delicate flavors such as sauces and creams, and excellent for fish-based recipes.
