We make this pâté with garlic from our department: pink garlic from Lautrec (Label Rouge). We peel the pods by hand, chop them and then incorporate them into our pâtés. This garlic really gives a natural and tasty taste to our pate. Especially since it is made with Apalhat pork, salt and pepper (it contains no bread, no eggs and no lactose).
