If it weren't for the label at the back of this bag, I would've assumed they were oranges as they look identical to the dehydrated oranges - same size and colour. Again, disappointing.

everything in the bag moves as a solid unit so i'm not sure how the pineapple slices will separate, a few larger pieces of flowers in this one, but again, disappointingly appears to be haphazard packing.

Based on the photo, the product appears to be in excellent condition, and there is nothing wrong with the contents. Because our products are natural and contain no preservatives, the pineapple slices may occasionally stick together during packaging . This is completely normal and does not affect their quality. They can be gently separated by hand, similar to dried figs or mangoes purchased from major retailers. —Citrus + Co • 18. Aug. 2026

very disappointed in how this arrived and was packaged. without opening the package, i can't see exactly how many flowers are in it as from the front, it does look like it's mostly dried oranged. but even worse than that is that one of the orange slices right in front appears to be moldy - i don't know if this is just colour from flower dust making it appear moldy or if it was moldy prior to dehydrating - either way, I can't sell this product in my store the way it appears

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. The darker area shown in the photo is the natural inner part of the orange—the pith and membrane—not mold. During dehydration, this part can naturally darken and change colour. This is a normal variation that can occur in dehydrated citrus. —Citrus + Co • 18. Aug. 2026
