Hello! Your boutique placed an order earlier this year. We reached out a few weeks later to see how our products were doing. You responded that you had not sold any items yet. However, there was no mention that the quality was not what was expected. We reviewed photos of your store layout and we emailed back suggestions on how to present our styles so they would be more accessible to your customers. Our products work best in boutiques that have a dedicated wig & headwear fitting area. Your shop offers primarily small trinkets and miscellaneous gifts. In review of your offerings, it appears that this was a test purchase for this product niche. I’m sorry they were not a good fit for your store and clientele. We are a boutique US manufacture and we produce our styles in-house, in small quantities. This allows us to ensure our product size, fit & fabrics are of the high quality standards we are known for.
