Soy sauce carries centuries of tradition. Our barrels introduce American craft. We begin with premium soy sauce imported directly from Japan, where it has already undergone traditional aging. Upon arrival, we introduce it to our own distinctive aging process in bourbon barrels previously seasoned with our signature maple syrup. This sequential aging creates a dimensional flavor inheritance impossible to replicate through conventional methods. The result speaks with remarkable complexity: chocolate and cocoa notes emerge first, followed by vanilla and baking spice, with oak undertones from the barrel heritage. The integration creates a viscous soy sauce with profound umami depth—something standard soy sauces simply cannot approach.
