Poets are inspired to create poems about specific lands, and the land conservation organizations add photos, maps, and information about how they conserve the special places we love. These books inspire readers to explore and celebrate the natural world. With over 150 land conservation organizations and 350 poets, there is always something new in this 13 book, growing series. Each anthology is 150-200 pages, 6"x9" paperback, color cover (each with art from visionary nature artist Martin Bridge), black and white interior.
