The company product pictures are deceiving. They were unattractive and below the quality of art I was expecting. I ordered two things and they shipped them separately so shipping cost was high. It was supposed to be five unique items, but they were out of stock on one item and made a substitution without a courtesy message to ask what i would like instead. Very overpriced. Faire offered me a 60% savings to keep them. I chose a full refund, but couldn’t get shipping costs returned.

THIS 1 Star REVIEW is NOT ACCURATE- -Keri’s order contained 14 pieces -The pictures presented here are very poor quality & do not capture the vibrant colors/detail of the work - The order was split into 2 shipments, because 14 pieces could not be packed safely together in one box. - AFTER both orders shipped, Keri reached out expressing unhappiness with 2 shipping charges (the total for 2 boxes was less than $28, I thought that was very low from PA to CA) I responded quickly to her concerns with kindness & professionalism. I explained why the order was split and offered to work with her on future orders, I asked her to reach out with concerns BEFORE ordering next time. -she never expressed unhappiness with quality of work/pricing until she wrote this review. -Neither Faire nor I refunded Keri for shipping charges.I believe that’s what Keri really wanted - Free Shipping, & when she didn’t get it, I was reduced to 1 Star.
