Before inboxes dinged and notifications pulsed, there was the quiet ceremony of receiving a letter, the kind sealed with intention and carried across towns, oceans, and decades. This tray is our love note to that era. Inspired by 19th-century postal emblems and the ornate flourishes that once framed the world’s most meaningful messages, it brings a sense of occasion back to the everyday. Handcrafted in our New York atelier using the French tradition of découpage, each bent-glass tray is built with the same care once lavished on handwritten correspondence. The vintage typeset rests on a warm cream ground, framed with those delicate Victorian curls and borders that made even mundane mail feel regal. Every piece is individually signed by Ben, then felted on the back for a soft landing wherever it rests. Food-safe, wipe-clean, and handsome enough to hang on the wall or perch on an easel, this tray is equal parts practical and poetic. A folded card accompanies each piece, sharing the time-honored découpage process that makes it so special.
