I really wanted to love this company, but my experience was frustrating. I ordered green floats twice and received pink both times. I was able to return the second set but never received the promised promo code or shipping refund. On my third (incorrect) order, only one float arrived out of four, and the rest came two weeks late—well after I needed them. Customer service was polite, but the ongoing issues were very disappointing.
