Wholesale Jillian biased cut tunic top with cape detail and scarf tie collar

This trapeze shaped top is cut on a bias in 4 panels for a lot of flow and flare. It features a cape style collar with a built in scarf tie at the neck. It has a raw edge hem to enhance the fluidity element of the fabric adding movement to the whole blouse. This is a great statement piece that can be worn to the office with trousers, or to a dinner party with a pencil pant, or to a brunch date paired with leggings.
