Each knife takes about two days to be handmade from premium 420 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and razor-sharp precision. The handles of our gaucho knives are individually crafted from rare hardwoods: mora (yellow wood), guayabera (brown & tan wood), and cacharana (red wood), red stag and pampas deer antler (sourced ethically from shed antlers), acryclic, with a polished Argentine peso used as the butt plate.
