Before lighting your candle trim the wooden wick to 3-5mm. Each time you light your candle make sure to break off the black burnt part of the wooden wick. You can use our wick trimmers for this or simply break off the wick off with your fingers when cool. If you do not snap off the burnt wick the candle will not burn efficiently and will not stay lit.
