The last package had some items missing but they shipped out what was missing. We first carried their car diffusers and those were a hit that we expanded to lotions & the roll on perfumes. They are packaged with care and it has everything a customer would need to know on the labels. Allison has been sweet and always a pleasure! We have been carrying their products since the holidays and have ordered 6-8 times now.
