Our newest salt is a collaboration with Dr. Konstantin Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars in Hammondsport, NY. Pinch of Rose' is made with the pioneering winery’s oldest vines, a medium-bodied wine made in Hammondsport, NY. Added flavor comes from the addition of Finger Lakes Wine Flour. Use this on any seafood, on your desserts (awesome on ice cream), fruit and vegetables.
