I had preordered several items and when one shipped, the other was cancelled completely. I’ve sent several emails back and forth to find out why it was cancelled - did the preorder item get discontinued? Etc. The responses either act like they can’t see my prior emails or that am a nuisance entirely. I am still waiting for answers.
