Fuxbau Distilled Gin is our product from the very beginning. The 12 botanicals that are processed in our gin are intended to combine regionality and cosmopolitanicals. To create this connection, juniper berries, rowan berries, Eastern Styrian spruce sprouts (also known as Maiwipferl) and pine cones from western Styria are combined with spices from all over the world. Not only the alpine ingredients but also the exceptional production make Fuxbau Distilled Gin something very special. It is cuvetted from separately distilled macerations. This has the advantage that, during gentle pot-still distillation, the different needs of the botanicals can be addressed, thus maintaining the best possible taste and variety of the individual botanicals.
