Pyjama Shark (Poroderma africanum) — Named for its distinctive dark horizontal stripes running the length of its body, this small, docile catshark is endemic to the coastal waters of South Africa. A nocturnal bottom-dweller, it hides in caves and kelp forests by day and hunts crustaceans, fish, and mollusks by night, often forming loose social groups. It's currently assessed as Least Concern.
