Fruit Butter - Lip Mask
The lip butter mask is sticky, and no fragrance. Not the same quality. Now I have to return, was not offered an exchange and I’m out $124 in duties which I lost and no product to sell to recoup those duties. Very disappointing

Thank you for the review. We’d like to address each point directly for clarity. This is our current production batch of Fruit Butter. The fragrance was intentionally reduced following customer feedback, so the scent is still beautiful but a little subtler. The texture is intentionally thick to function as an effective overnight lip mask. This is by design, not a defect, and it is not formulated to be sticky. Returns and refunds are handled directly through Faire. As such, exchanges are not offered under Faire’s return process and this is standard across all Faire retailers. Regarding the $124 in duties mentioned, these charges are assessed by Canadian Customs and are not fees charged or collected by us. We maintain strong, longstanding relationships with retailers across our wholesale network, and consistently deliver on product quality and service.
