When we first began experimenting with blending coffees of different origins and processing methods, we wanted to create a balanced, multi-purpose coffee that would shine as drip, espresso, or iced and have that “special” something. The result was this coffee, the blend of a rich, chocolate-y Central or South American (rotates seasonally) and a clean, fruit-forward naturally processed Ethiopian. The Belle Epoque blend tastes equally good black or with milk. In lattes and cappuccinos, the flavor reminds us of strawberries and cream.
