HO.RE.CA. 100% Sicilian lemon jam, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners. Our Sicilian lemon jam is prepared following the classic recipe handed down to us by our grandparents: pulp, lemon peel and sugar and lemon juice. We only use lemons of the 'White Zagarea' variety 1. Processing: Lemons are picked by hand, washed, peeled and cut in half. Then the lemon pulp is cooked in a pot with the addition of sugar. 2. Net weight: 500 grams 3.
