The craftsmanship is evident and Justin is clearly a talented maker. However, the mugs received looked significantly different from the listing photos. The listing shows pieces with deep iron character, rich glaze movement, and complex surface variation. What arrived was considerably softer and more neutral in appearance. For a curated collection where the visual integrity of each piece matters, the discrepancy was too significant to overlook. Initiated a return as a result.
