The bandanas are very cute, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered on July 30th for an August 15–18 delivery, but it didn't ship until after we reached out multiple times, arriving September 1st. Some items were sent unfinished, and tracking was never updated, preventing us from opening a claim. The owner ignored two follow-ups, forcing us to contact Faire support to mark the order delivered and get a refund. Due to poor communication and unfinished items, we won't reorder.
