I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered bow pants in January that were listed as shipping from the U.S. It’s now April and I’ve been given multiple delays and excuses. This is the third time I’ve had to reach out. Being told it’s “first come, first serve” after months is unacceptable. The only item I received was a tote with awful quality, and customer service has been even worse.

Everything that has been advertised is indeed accurate. All orders will be dispatched in the sequence they were received. We clarified that there were three individuals ahead of you with earlier order dates. These jeans were a preorder item that was not yet available, and subsequently, the stock ran out. We were anticipating the stock to be replenished in order to ship your order. However, you requested a cancellation, which we honored.
