Vintage Hilltribe Raw Cotton Pillows Fine, hand-stitched material upcycled from vintage traditional clothing, from the Flower Hmong Hilltribe, in Northern Laos.    We spent two winters travelling this region, making contacts in IocaI viIIages and learning about the rich textile history of the various ethnic communities.  We dug through stacks of abandoned treasures, and selected the best swathes of material for this upcycling project, to honor the embroidery and weaving work of the Flower Hmong Hilltribe. We have cut these pieces from used baby-carriers, dresses and blanket's, and added them to a base of raw organic cotton to create these one-of-a-kind pillows for your space! 50 x 50 cm.
