Out for a walk one evening, our dogs and cats were very interested in something in the pasture. Upon arrival, we found a very sad little blue bird. Its parents were circling above, letting us know they were close by. We were quick to rescue the little bird from our hungry bunch. Ensuring the little bird was in good health, we climbed up the tree and brought her close to her parents. We checked on her periodically and eventually saw her fly the nest! Now, every time I see a blue bird on our place, I like to think it's the little bird we rescued, flying high!
