These measurements DO NOT include handle. Some cutters are long and narrow. A narrow cutter in 3.5†will not be equivalent to a 3.5†square or circle. Please take this into consideration when choosing your cutter size. In the case of narrow shapes, you may want to size up. All cutters have rounded edges for extra comfort and a second cutting edge for a clean cut. Each cutter is labeled with the name and sizing. See final photo in listing for cutter features.
