Wholesale Petersham Loops Headband - Vanilla

This headband went through so many iterations. I kept changing it! I wanted the three loops to lay just so, so we added some flat "wire" inside to hold them sturdy. Since they have wire, you can move them a little and reposition them. Look how they look on our models! Adorable!
