Chamomile possesses many powerful skin properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, and contains essential oils and antioxidants. Additionally it is hypoallergenic and helps to reduce skin irritants by neutralizing free radicals. It can fade spots, reduce acne scarring ,and control breakouts. Use 2-3 times per week. If you have dry skin you should use it once a week as it can remove moisture and make your skin more dry.
