The Ambrata Cannonau grappa was obtained by discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills from pomace coming from the vinification of selected grapes of the Cannonau variety and subsequently enriched by the contact with fine oak wood that gives a warm, soft, enveloping and penetrating taste, a persistent spicy aroma and a smell of dried fruit. Product at the end of a meal or for meditation, to be served at room temperature, possibly heated by the palm of your hand to savor all its pleasant characteristic notes.
