Overlay X®️base – Base for Semi-Permanent Nail Polish Overlay X®️base is the innovative base designed to gently strengthen the natural nail plate, offering an ideal balance between protection and flexibility. Thanks to its medium viscosity and self-leveling formula, it is extremely easy to apply, even for beginners. It does not run, can be worked on multiple nails simultaneously, and self-levels evenly, ensuring a smooth and homogeneous result effortlessly. After curing, the base remains slightly flexible, following the movement of natural nails and ensuring a hold of up to 4 weeks. ⸻ Main Features • Self-leveling and easy to use: application without drips, perfect even for beginners. • Natural flexibility: adapts to nail movement after curing. • Excellent adhesive properties: lasts up to 4 weeks. • Safe formula: free of HEMA, di-HEMA, and TPO photoinitiator. • Versatile removal: with a file or soak-off. ⸻ Curing • LED 48W (365 + 405 nm): 90 seconds • UV: 120 seconds The cured surface remains slightly sticky, ideal for the adhesion of color or top coat. If necessary, it can be degreased with cleaner to facilitate color application without compromising durability. ⸻ Recommended Use • Nail types: thin, weak, flexible. • Length: very short, short, medium-short. • Reinforcement height: from 0.5 mm to 1 mm maximum. ⸻ Important Note With the new EU regulations, our formulas do not contain TPO. The new photoinitiators, while safer, require slightly longer curing times to ensure complete curing. Failure to adhere to these times may cause lifting or poor product adhesion.
