I have been purchasing Cayla Gray for my storefront since we opened up about a month ago and I have had an amazing experience so far! Kelly and her team do an amazing job at communicating about orders, fulfilling quickly and the quality of their products are top-tier. Our customers love the scents that we carry from them!

I had high hopes when ordering from this perfume company but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.The brand itself has a great look and vibe but the lack of support and basic tools made it nearly impossible to sell. I purchased multiple scents without testers samples or shelf talkers customers had no way to experience the fragrances. I even requested testers (and offered to pay for them) was only told I could order full-size bottles never received an invoice or product. Sent items back
