post office destroyed the box even though seller wrote fragile on it, it was retapped. I can t sell the candles due to their negligence.

Unfortunately I have no control over the shipping courier and how they handle the packages. This is a shipping related issue and doesn’t reflect the quality of the products as they are all packaged as carefully as possible. The courier also opened that package and taped it back up.
