The powder arrived opened and was all throughout the box. It was a complete mess. I reached out to the company and they didn’t even bother to respond. Needless to say we will be going with another company

I have tried a lottttt of mascara and hardly any for this price (if ever). Nothing came out of the tube and it felt empty/lighter than usual before I even opened. Nothing came off the brush onto my lashes. I tried scraping the inside but ended up switching to another mascara.
