The product is fine, it is a bit on the small side compared to say hammonds. Also the foil wrap is a little messy, and the packaging isn't as attractive or professional as I usually like in my stores. I chose this brand originally because it is a Virginia Made product. My MAIN ISSUE, is on my original order, the seller had a listing priced incorrectly, and I overpaid by nearly $150.00. They were offered several ways to fix the issue, on and off the platform, and blamed faire for the issue.

as a continuation of last review - this brand has very poor communications, I had messaged several times, and the response took close to 2 weeks, I was overcharged nearly $150 on the order, and they refused to fix the issue in the end. Very poor customer service for a sub par brand.
