Hello Teresa, in our defense no one from our company or staff is stalking you. That is a complete fabrication. We simply were calling you to facilitate the return of our products that you were not satisfied with. I am really not sure what the issue is. You received a full refund for the items so there was no negative impact on your business. The reason we cancelled your future order is because it seems you are not satisfied with our products. So it seems counter intuitive to keep shipping you products that you are not satisfied with. We have been in business for over 30 years and we completely understand that sometimes some products are not the right fit for some retailers. However, there is no need to be so negative and leave us a 1 star review. We gave this retailer a full refund for all the merchandise. We sent her a shipping label to return the products back to us, but she refused and claimed it was "her right to keep these products for free because of the time and energy she wasted in ordering our product." She was so upset that we asked her to repack the merchandise and send it back, she thought why not give our products a 1 star review. If you are a prospective retailer, we hope this 1 star review does not affect your buying decision.
