When we started Hot Cakes, we were determined to find the perfect sweet to smoke - turns out, chocolate was the winner! Our smoked chocolate chips are perfect for snacking on, baking with, or even making savory foods like mole. Our organic chocolate chips are cold-smoked over alder wood. Vegan, Gluten Free. Bulk smoked chocolate chips are sold by the pound in 5 pound increments.
