Wholesale Red Fassionola Cocktail Syrup

Fassionola is one of tiki's genuinely lost ingredients — a red fruit syrup that haunted golden-age bar manuals and then all but vanished, taking a few great drinks with it. Ours brings it back with real fruit doing the work: passion fruit, cherry, and mango, deep red without a drop of dye. This is the syrup for a Hurricane with history in it — the drink's early versions leaned on fassionola, not just passion fruit — and it makes a Daiquiri taste like it's wearing a vintage aloha shirt. Rum is its native language, but it gets along with gin and vodka, and over soda water it's summer in a Collins glass. A lost chapter of the tiki canon, back in print. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 90 days — unopened, it keeps for two years from the date of manufacture.
