On 4/3 I placed an order for Mother's Day Cards plus others. The original ship date was 4/14, so when it became 4/21 I messaged the brand asking what is the status & if you can not ship it tomorrow then I don't want it. Why would I want Mothers Day cards the week before the Holiday. Then the ship date changed to 4/23, I wait a few days hear nothing so I contacted Faire they contacted them 2x & nothing! The ship date then changed to 4/26. No response is not OK, You are running a business!!!
