It is the light beer par excellence, with a golden yellow color and a white foam, very fine and persistent. The nose shows an elegant balance between malty notes, reminiscent of bread crust, and the herbaceous ones of hops. The taste is soft, with the initial sweetness balanced by a hint of bitterness, which gives a thirst-quenching finish. The light body and the dryness enhance the drinkability of this beer. Tribute to Frederick II of Swabia, the enlightened Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, who loved Puglia so much, whose barley are used to produce this beer.
