A note on bracelet lengths: 7.5" fits most To determine your size, measure wrist and add a half inch for ease. Add an additional half inch for toggle style closures. A note on my copper pieces: Copper is an essential mineral found in the human body. Wearing copper jewelry is an excellent way of absorbing small amounts of this mineral through the skin. The beneficial enzymatic reaction may turn skin green, this means it the mineral is being absorbed and can be easily washed off with soap and water. Some wearers find wearing copper relieves symptoms of arthritis and circulation problems. Historically, copper is thought to be grounding for the body and spirit and provide protection.
