Description
This abstract enamel artwork celebrates color, specifically the vivid richness of royal blue against the incredible shine of copper under clear glass. An effervescent piece titled, "Royal Ascendance" that I created the piece by applying the glass colors and firing them layer by layer at 1420 to 1500 degrees F. The plaque is 7 inches by 5 inches and the pine wood frame is 16 inches by 14 inches.
