Candle Care Tips: For the best experience, allow your candle to burn for 2 to 3 hours during the first use, or until the entire top layer of wax has melted. This helps prevent tunneling around the wick. For subsequent burns, avoid letting your candle burn for more than 3 hours at a time. To maintain an even, clean burn, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. This helps prevent smoke and keeps the wick from falling into the wax. After each burn, ensure the wick is centered to avoid overheating the glass. The wick and flame should never come into contact with the sides of the container. As your candle nears its end, leave 1/4 inch of wax unburned and continue to limit burn time to no more than 3 hours.
