Rancho San Felipe are third generation producers, passionate about coffee ... Around 1924 the "Nonnos" De Gasperín arrived in San Felipe from the Italian colonies created by immigrants in Veracruz. In the Ranch they began to work the land mainly growing bananas and coffee for their own consumption, while the surpluses were exchanged in a store in the center of Córdoba for other products. In the 80's, Adrián, one of the youngest grandchildren, began to industrialize the process by buying his first dryer to later build a coffee benefit as it was needed. Córdoba had coffee plantations and over the years Don Adrián built a network of small peasants who sold him his harvest, which was then marketed as parchment. Now (the great-granddaughters!), Melisa & Jimena, take care of the benefit of coffee specializing in high quality coffee, in the sustainability of our farm and in sharing the experiences that all this entails.
