We received no email or message from this Customer regarding her damages, and reached out to her several times and got no response. No Seller intentionally packs and ships merchandise so it arrives damaged. Damages are very rare, as we take the time and effort to pack items and insure they are protected in transit, but damages do happen. We cannot stop a Carrier from placing a 100lbs box on top of a box marked 'fragile', for this reason, all orders are insured. When an item arrives damaged, Customer needs to follow the Faire process to file a Damage Claim, and merchandise is replaced. This is a new International Account, and Customer may not know the Faire process to file Damage Claims. —All Little Cute Things • Jul 7, 2026
