Blackcurrant Leaf Caramel is made with carefully selected fresh leaves. A natural fragrance with notes of blackcurrant develops during tasting. Its composition: sugar and glucose syrup until cooked as desired, with the addition of cream from a local dairy, complemented with high quality chocolate, fresh butter and cocoa butter, the production is artisanal. The temperatures are controlled up to the semi-automated operation of forming, cutting and wrapping for the production of a caramel with an ultra-melting texture. 5-gram mouthfuls in a cylindrical format were developed specifically for the project.
