Grounded coffee beans are properly sealed to preserve aroma and freshness for at least two years.  Brazilian coffee tends to be low in acidity, and smooth in the body with sweet flavors. These flavors are primarily chocolatey, caramel-like, and nutty. How to prepare: 1) Boil at least 600 grams of water. 2) Place the filter in the dripper 3) Slightly moisten the filter. 4) Wait 1-2 minutes then add 30 grams (roughly three tablespoons) of coffee to the filter and level the surface. Place the dripper on a glass carafe, place the entire setup on a digital scale and zero it.
