I purchased the Vitamin C + Collagen Complex and a hydrating toner. After receiving it, I was concerned about the texture, it’s watery and not thick. It instantly gives the impression that it isn’t concentrated enough. After using it a few weeks, I do think my skin looks healthy and moisturized, I will continue to use it to see. I’m used the toner a few times, but wasn’t impressed and went back to the other toner I was using prior. I want to like it, but haven’t decided if I will use it again.
