Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from fermented soybeans that supports general well-being. Nattokinase has fibrinolytic properties similar to plasmin. The unit “FU” stands for fibrinolytic unit, which indicates the strength of the activity of the respective enzyme and thus also of the nattokinase.
